ARM Certification Exam (ARMEXM)
> The successful completion of this exam is the final step to earning your ARM certification.
If you have met the ARM education requirement, you are ready to take the exam, which
tests both experience-based and education-based knowledge. The exam can be taken in the
classroom or independently with a local proctor.

The ARM Certification Exam is administered during the classroom
offerings of “Successful Site Management” (RES201) and
“Common Interest Developments: Managing Condominium
Association Properties” (CID201), and the examination fee is
included as part of the tuitions. If you take either of these courses
via Instructor-Led Online or Self-Paced, you must take the ARM
Certification Exam independently with a local proctor.
