CPM CAPSTONE TRACK
> Quickly and efficiently complete the final steps needed to earn your CPM designation. This track is designed for CPM Candidates who
need to complete the management plan and CPM certification exam requirements.
The first four days are spent learning the essential components of a property management plan, followed by completing the
“Management Plan Skills Assessment” (MPSAXM) to demonstrate proficiency. (This is one option for completing the management plan
requirement for the CPM designation.) The track concludes by preparing for and taking the CPM Certification Exam.
